Swapan R Dhairyawan, CPA

Swapan has completed his Bachelors & Masters in Advanced Accounting from Bombay University. He also holds a professional Cost & Management Accountants degree from India. He has a Certified Public Accountants (CPA) degree from Texas. He has 10 years of Certified Public Accounting (CPA) background and 16 years of Private Accounting experience.

Irfan Erik N. Moosa, CPA

Irfan has done his Bachelors in Accounting from California State University, Northridge. He also holds the Certified Public Accountants License from the State of Colorado and State of Texas. He has Certified Public Accounting (CPA) experience in Accounting and Various Tax areas. In addition, he has a business background and for over 10 years has specialized in business development techniques. He also has 10 years experience in Private Accounting. Irfan has dealt with various franchising businesses and has also performed many Sales Tax Audits on behalf of the Texas State Comptroller and has dealt intensively with sales tax issues.
